Usually up to 8-12 hours for a standard 2–3 bedroom property. Larger homes or more severe properties may take longer. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you book.
Not at all. Most move-out jobs are done with just a key or code. We document everything with photos so you have a record of the condition we left it in.
We prefer the home to be mostly empty so we can clean every inch without moving your belongings. If some items remain, just let us know and we'll work around them.
At least 48–72 hours ahead is ideal, especially around end-of-month when we get busy with move-outs.
